My Core Principles

  • Living fully in the present.
  • Increasing awareness of what is going on inside us and around us – included in this is increasing awareness of what effect we are having on others and what effect they are having on us.
  • A loving nature. I believe in a fundamental goodness in human beings who seek to improve themselves and their world. The challenges of living in the world can wreak havoc on this loving nature. One of the benefits of psychotherapy is that it brings us gently back to the core goodness within.
